That's excellent!

In the same 'mould' as the older version, but I like the idea of the clear nose halves, saves lots of messing about.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

I Concur.

Oddly if its in a current Airfix box its the Italeri tooling. And if its in a current Italeri box, its the old Esci tooling.

Martin, which one is best esci or italeri? Have a few esci kits in the stash but never built a C47 before.
The new Airfix pic looked great.

1/72nd Quad Tilt Rotor, 1/144th V/STOL E2 Hawkeye (stalled)

We were at Michael's store this afternoon. Grabbed a few 3 packs of the Testors flat brushes, and a couple of small bottles of Testors paints. Tried that rubber colour on the wheels of my Fulmar. looked pretty brown in the bottle but seems to have dried rather 'rubber tire' like !
