Crikey!  Did you hear Champagne corks popping as you left the shop?  Someone must've gotten a good comission off of that little lot!!

They did seem rather happy and invited me back anytime! Also bought my nephew a couple of Games Workshop figure packs for £40 but thats for his stash. Always save up and go to a model shop with about £500-£1000 but rarely get what I'm after.

Had a weekend of buying all sorts of things, but they were mostly alcoholic rather than artistic....

However, I did pick up a pair of cannon keyrings from a National Trust gift shop. £2.75 each and just right for 1/72nd pirates. The wheels and carriages are a bit ropey but unlike the otherwise very nice turned brass cannon  barrels you can get, these have engraving on the barrel.
