Have I missed something somewhere?

Opened the Hasegawa Eurofighter box for a closer look and actually read the labels on the sprues....

Aircraft Weapons Set X = Taurus, Storm Shadow, Brimstone.
Aircraft Weapons Set XI = AIM-120 AMRAAM, Meteor, Alarm, ASRAAM, IRIS-T.

This kit actually includes 2 Hasegawa Weapons Sets, NATO Air to Ground and NATO Air to Air! You get 2 sprue's of each one and the box is very tightly packed because of this. I expect later releases to have just the basic aircraft and nothing else.

That explains why I have not seen anything of the weapons sets availability elsewhere. Thank you for the information, might make the purchase of a Hasegawa Typhoon a reasonable option.

From Solent Sky Museum in Southampton, two dirt cheap PM Model purchases as whiffing fodder, a Sea Fury T-20 and a Spitfire VB tropical. Neither will end up anything like the picture on the box. A glass or two of a nice Chilean red will be applied to the imagination later this evening and thoughts promulgated later..........unless anyone reading this has any good ideas..........?

There was two 'early' releases, first one had the flaperon actuator fairings on the top side of the wing which was corrected in the second release.  It's not a bad model but it's more around 1/75 scale than 1/72.  Mastercasters does a nice forward fuselage replacement for it, got a couple of those in the stash for the ones I have.
