A Magna Avro Ashton (to be used for a nosegear Tudor and a jet Shackleton)

Found a mention in the Putnam book on Avro of two projects:
The Tudor 9, a nosegear version of the Tudor 8 and powered by four RR Nenes - in other words, a jet Tudor so an Ashton in RAF Transport Command colours is more and more plausible, possibly with Suez stripes.  Or a civil one in BEA colours*

The Avro 711 Trader.  A Tudor with a nosegear undercarriage.  So I wasn't that far out.  That's definitely going to be RAF Transport command colours.

Yesterday from my local Hobby Craft shop

1 x 1/72 Italeri EH 101 from Skyfall. Reduced from £20.99 to £10.99 would have been rude to refuse at that price.

Interesting to see what you do with this Nils. I've built the HR Models R-38 and R-40. The 36/38 family are nice looking aircraft

Yeah, I spotted them too, didn't pick one up at the time which was silly of me. :banghead:  I might make a journey there later in the week and hope they haven't sold out.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.
