Finally bought something modeling related on our trip abroad :
Italeri 72nd scale OA-4M Slyhawk II
Tamiya 1/12 riders: two running, one straight line and one cornering
Tamiya 1/12 Honda NSR500. That goofy tank on the bottom pipes on top thing they tried. Now, if I can snag an NR500 3 banger from the '84 season that would be an awesome set !

Sounds interesting
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Bought second-hand, for the princely sum of $Au10.00 an Airfix AC-130H in 1/72.   I wasn't aware that Airfix had ever produced an AC-130.   Only problem is a broken windscreen which I hope Airfix will be able to replace.

It is. It's a nice, compact aircraft with relatively modern lines - might need new/beefier engines and get a solid nose, but it has a lot of whif potential. The kit is normally just too expensive (for my taste), so I was happy to get it THIS cheap.  ;D
I can already see it in North Korean markings, with an improvised cammo over NMF...
