Gondor

received today from ebay

2 x 1/72 Matchbox Vickers Wellesley's

Each of these kit's were from separate sellers, bought on the same day, dispatched on the same day and arrived on the same day. Only going to build one at a time though.... One will be real world in the Dark Earth/Light Earth/Night scheme and the other in NIVO? just like the HP Heyford's with RED/BLUE roundels.

And ?

Hi Cap'n! As some on Britmodeller have said it's kinda clunky with soft panel lines and very thick plastic in places, particularly the fuselage halves . Will be getting a Kinetic for a real world build but this one will probably be for whiffing as is my old Italeri/Hawk kit.
Options include a boarding ladder, two types of intake and a refuelling probe. There are four wing pylons, stores are three drop tanks and coke bottle wing tip tanks. Instrument panel and side consoles have raised detail.
Sorry there's no piccies but my camera won't load into the PC for some reason.

1/72nd Quad Tilt Rotor, 1/144th V/STOL E2 Hawkeye (stalled)

Mine did that last week, have you tried plugging the sim card straight into your computer. I did that and was able to download my pics but you then have to go through the lot and name them individually but the problem went away
If I'm not building models, I'm out riding my dirtbike

Bought a Revell Hunter F6 from Thorvic and bought a 1/144 Wessex 1 from some guys called Mark 1 models, and a dinky little thing it is too.

Oh yes, took delivery of some resin 'stuff' from OGL, to be seen on a Forum not far from here before too much longer.... ;)

for the princely sum of £2.50  a revel 1:48 WAH64, looks complete sold as is,  got for the crew ( for a Lynx) and the wepons, ( for the stobart truck from yesterday),  got home found out that the AH 64 that I have ( monogram) is the same kit less some sprues for the longbow set and UK hot brick decoys,  so ill build 1 from both kits, and use the extras on the truck
and a bottle of plastic weld, as I couldn't find any MEK, ho hum.
