Airfix 1/72 Mark 1 tank.

I'm on a bit of a Great War kick at the mo.  Nice looking kit, compares well with the more modern Emhar Mark IV.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Picked up some good WHIFF fodder at the club flea market this evening.

Odd scale Advent B-52 which looks like it could be scalearama'd into a 1/72 twin engine.
Airfix 1/72 Whirlwind
Hasegawa 1/72 J7W Shinden
Airfix 1/72 Boston III
Frog 1/72 Spirit of St Louis

We don't just embrace insanity here.  We feel it up, french kiss it and then buy it a drink.

Does the GR1 have a short fin like the GR3 does?

From ebay

2 x 1/72 Heller Mirage Iv's   I was only after one but won both of the two I placed bids on. The intention is to build an FD3 and seeing as I have a second kit I will have a go at a Mirage IVK

Looking forward to that build Alastair! The Mirage IV is every schoolboy's idea of a Mach 2 bomber to my mind.

Not %100 sure. I chopped it off the sprue when I got home, and I couldn't help but think it looked short. Of course I was thinking it was short, after finding out about the Freaightdog correction fin.....

Off Overkiller by any chance ?

Pretty sure it was from him Geoff, seller was overkiller 2007. Been after one for ages, don't know if it was ever imported officially. He seems to be dropping a lot of his stash, got an Il86 from him a few days earlier and missed out a lot of Mirages coz I fell asleep and missed the end of the auctions. Disappeared from here a while ago while I was offline for a couple of weeks, came back on line and quite a few had gone. Was following some of his builds but they all disappeared too.

The GR1 fin is correct, the GR3 fin is the same fin with the RWR added where as on the real aircraft they used a faller fin tip
