Looking good Ian. The cockpit looks awesome. And your original story is not too far fetched, The greedy bastards did it once to us already, and got away scot free and millionaires all, so what's to stop them from doing it again ?

Just Tamiya 'Panzer Grey' and white, nothing special.

As you can see the fin had just been added. Since this was taken, it's been filled, sanded and pre-shaded too.

Barley grey for the fin tip and radome, other than that, just the three 'Aegean' greys. Pattern with some random paper masks cut and 'stuck' at the edges with "Blu-Tack".

Looks right to me, just a little touching-up needed under the canards and the upper right wing-tip where I went too lightly with the 'middle' grey. Thanks for taking the time to look as ever all comments, questions and criticism welcomed.

Still need a weak 'wash' just to pop the detail out, then a coat or two of satin varnish.

If you read back to the start of this thread, you'll see that I always planned for this be very a very lightly armed QRA machine, hence the 2 x IRIS-T's and 2 x Meteor MRAAM's. I kept the centreline tank from my Gripen of a couple of years back, that will sit neatly on the centreline. Thanks for taking the time to look and/or comment.
