Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Had this been posted elsewhere, I'd have never taken it to be spuriously made.   Well done Ian.

That's lovely - I esp. like the weathering on the belly, and the blue fin just looks... different. Well done

The F-2 sure is a pretty bird, but it looks even better in these colours.   Marvellous build!

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

Been working on other projects for the last couple of weeks so sort-of forgot about this:

Very many thanks to all who have commented and encouraged. Really appreciate it gentlemen. Looking to have the Rafale completed this week - conditional upon how busy I am at work - As I mentioned before, big THANK YOU to Steven Lewis, he knows why so I won't embarass him further.

Had a blast with this project, just have to make a decision now for the next box to open:

RoK Special Forces V-22 ?? (thanks Kit)
Israeli P-47N ??
Omani Eurofighter ??
French Navy F/A-18 ??
French AF Spitfire 22 ??

or another
