Looks to me like the poor fellow is looking so glum 'cause some JMN has told him that his 1:1 scale Panzer III is incorrect 'cause he left the seams on the roadwheel tyres.  ;D

Even worse is he now has to file the seams off the wheels to make them accurate, and the wheels are STEEL, not styrene!  :o
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Ah but someone is bound to say "from a scale distance of 35 foot you wouldn't see it"  :banghead: Well the same goes for panel lines at 72 foot/48 foot so they can't have it both ways.

Think his boots are an interesting colour too, looks like leather and canvas, plus the small size diameter of the towing cable though I'm not sure what the chains are for on the rear of the tank.

Actually Panzer III's and IV's had rubber tires on the wheels. Some late model PanzerIV's had all steel wheels due to the weight increase and lack of rubber.
