The belated 2012 version of the Whiffies

Welcome, welcome one and all (or anybody, really) to the 2013, what, 2012, are you sure? But aren't these the builds from 2012? No, they are from 2011. But, I am sure the calendar says 2013.  Yes, it does.  Then what happened last year?  You had some personal issues.  Oh, yeah, well.  But I am doing better now, right?  Seems so, you were stupid enough, uh, ok to do this again so you must be doing better.  Well, ok then, now where was I?

Oh yes, welcome all to the 2012 (really? yes. Ok) version of the one, the only The Whiffies (much fanfare and Russian National Anthem starts off stage).  Now cut that out (sound of record scratching and music stops).  That's better.

I am Phil Peterson, your Mini-Master of Ceremonies (once again, sigh) and I am proud to once again, stand before you and help recognize the best What If builds (at least, here  (Atty: Thanks)) done during 2011.  While the categories were down this year (you nominating slackers, uh, did I say that out loud?  Medication must be wearing off again, sorry) the quality remained very high and the number of voters from you, the Academy, was up so someone must be out there.
