Does look good so far ! I had that kit but my son 'stole' it off me and butchered it*

I was just looking at the release of the 1/32nd wrecker set and thinking along the same lines.

*even worse than I would have.....

Super job!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

No doubt ! I don't see it running or anything leaking out tho.....

Gorgeous job. Looks like a real truck ! Love the underside shot...you really went all out on this one ! Can we get some more info tho ? Whats the ram/ flag pole thing ? How did you get the rust so real ? Especially the chain ? And what other techniques did you use to add such realism ?

That "Ram Flag pole thingy" looks like a wire cutter. The wire slides up and gets cut off in the notch.
I want to know the rusting technique too.

Well done. Looks good and could easily pass as real world.

We don't just embrace insanity here.  We feel it up, french kiss it and then buy it a drink.

well for armoured plates i used styren sheet,as for rust and dust i used CMK Stardust pigments and MIG pigments, light rust, heavy rust and sandy dust,on dry finished paint,i didn't use wet acrylic emulsion for fixing pigments, just dry pigments.
