I've said it before and I'll say it again, the TSR-2 should have been a swinger. Just looks so right. Fantastic job and superb scheme :blink: :wub: :thumbsup:.

thanks for all the kind comments  :wub: its not 100% perfect but i did put alot of thought into the design and build of it.

its a cas/tactical strike bird lots of power lots of range lots of speed and best of all lots of splodey stuff hanging off it

im building a swept wing a10 atm to compliment this not as high performance but its still got the bfg

It looks better than the RW Swing-wing proposal for the TSR2! Nice one.  :thumbsup: :bow:
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

There are some plan views in the various TSR2 books. The wing plan form follows Barnes Wallis' Swallow shape with the heavily curved tips, and doesn't really fit with the angular shape of the aircraft.

If you do a Google Image search on 'swing wing TSR2' you end up with lots of piccies of a standard TSR2, lots of piccies of models (including yours  ;D) and some of Moulton bikes!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Hehehe, none of my Moultons have any sort of wings, but I have got four of them...........  ;)
