I've always adored this beauty from the mind of Herge  :

Got a 1/48 B-1b in the stash and I've started to imagine...hmm...£££££ !

Anyone else done anything similar? Any ideas?

Wow, I like that- I had to google it to see what it was from, but would be the perfect 1970's jet for an evil genius/tycoon.  Would need bucket loads of cash to keep it operating.

B-1 would be a good start and very cool, but if kept to scale, may be way too big for a corporate sized supersonic bizjet (unless of course you want a concorde sized aircraft).  So perhaps scalorama your B-1 to corporate size, or use a existing biz jet or small airliner model, and use the swing wings from a smaller aircraft like a F-111, F-14, SU-22 or Mig 23/27?  Go for it!

You should male it as a private jet, 1/48 all the way

Wow!!
A 1/72 Tu-22M3 might be a better base model to work with, if you can find a HS 125 kit to mate it with :banghead:

Hello,

Note that if I am correct the E160 was designed by Roger Leloup who worked as technical aid with Hergé before starting his own comics Yuko Tsuno.
As well, E160 is a tri-jet engines plane.
Looking forward to see any update on your very appelling project
Best Modelling!

It looks like the wings off a 1/48 KP Su-22 would be a good place to start for the wings.
