Have you ever needed a stand for painting something you needed to turn so you could get all the sides? Why spend money?


It's a old sprue with a plastic axle rod glued to it after heat was applied to one sprue so it could be bent. no falling over, no investment and if your part has a hole or two it works.

I do the same, e.g. for painting missiles. I superglue the back end of the missiles to the sprue, and after painting I can snap them off without damage.
