Lions drag strip in HO scale, and it works! ...

The track is 24' long with a timed HO scale 1/4 mile, and eight feet of shutoff. Pretty freakin' cool.

The BHRA had a 1/32 scale quarter mile slot car strip in the 60s and I ran many times on that. Difficult to beat the guys who imported specially wound motors from the US at around $20 a throw though, and that was back then!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
