Trying to make them horse-coloured. A bit more of a rich chestnut, plus a grey-ish one now, but I am limited by my Gimping skills.

The stallion who can hover higher is of course most likely to be the dominant one.
Cheers.

the other side of the Lakota, with a 1/35 M16 as a base :

Lovely  (even if I don't like military tanks with caterpillars) ;)

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Ohh, I see this as a kind of ekranoplan. It does not fly fully but hover-gallops in ground effect over the flat, grassy plains of Mongolia.

On a quiet night, with the stars shining brilliantly above, the thundering noise made by a large herd in full hover can be heard from over thirty miles away.

The battle for dominance between two stallions has to be seen to be believed.

With the name Lakota the Great Plains/Prairie of the US and Canada would
be more likely.
;D

another Lakota evolution :
with legs from a Lindberg Apatosaurus kit :

Tophe

Just perfect!
Without the red colour, I would have certified this has been made by Mother Nature for sure!
