I do wonder if you could reinforce the bat wings with some wire or something... it just doen't look right when they're droopy. ;)
My feeling is opposite: flapping wings are another what-if great feature! (according to me) ;D

thanks !

I see your point about the wings, which is why I took a picture on a flat surface, but :
- the wire would be quite visible
- the wings look a bit like "in flight" in the hanging position, which was the intention of the rubber bat manufacturer I guess

strobez

My comment about the wings was to accentuate the flapping idea...  to turn them into immobile airplane wings.  I just think a large "just about to flap" pose would be more dramatic than the droopy, "just finished flapping" pose.

Since the wings were rubber, I was kind of suggesting carefully poking them through to give the wings some "bones". Even just a short piece of wire at the shoulder joint would probably do it and since it's inside, it would be invisible.
Thanks!

ah I see : to have the wings in the upwards position, more beautifully flapping than in the low position : indeed!

I will try to think of it : I can imagine inserting a heated metal wire into the rubber,
but well, from imagination to real world ... you know ...  ;)

I have more of such bats in my stash, I can try something someday

That. Is. Awesome.

I didn't know I needed to see this in my life... but now I do. :)
Thanks!

Just when you thought bird poop on your car was a problem...

Good work Eric.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

;)

strangely, I had not thought about this point, really ...

but I rather like the lying cow, looking so peaceful

I notice that the bull has been de-horned, poor chap.

Apparently it makes them more stable in a crosswind.  :o
Cheers.

Zenrat, you raise a major safety issue: if, from the sky, a huge bullshit falls on a car's windscreen in front of the driver's eyes, this will be accident almost for sure! Danger! :-\ ;D

They do say that if pigs could fly, we would all carry cast iron umbrellas.
