NARSES2

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Odd that the B-29 and the XB-70 have almost exactly the same fuselage diameter.

It looks superb.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Suprisingly the  Matchbox Hunter T7 cockpit fits on the front of the Heller Mirage IVP,  I just need to find the suitable landing gear.

This mix sounds particularly interesting...

Why not transfer the IVP gear across?
The IVP was a 'spares or repair ' with the gear up ,cockpit glazing missing and circular radar missing on Ebay as a job lot.

so I found myself a Heller Mirage IVP, which is in 1/48
(hence not fitting the Matchbox 1/72 Hunter, but that will be another story)
and in the same times got a cheap old 1/72 Revell Lancaster

and they surprisingly fit :

Wow! It looks like a "half-supersonic" Lancaster!
[the word "realistic" hurts my heart...]

The other way round would be a good stablemate for the Valkyre with B-36 nose.
Cheers.

Dassault's test bed for the Mirage IV's dual cockpit and AAR probe.  ;D

With Arme de l'Air camo and markings you could put that on the Mirage SIG stand at Telford and fool the lot of them!  :o

Aha! That's the one!

The only question now is, are these two stablemates or deadly enemies?  ;D

Cheers.
