the build is indeed done simplistically, and I left wing attachment also such that I could detach them for storage.

as I sometimes say, I like to do my stuff a bit fast, a bit punky, very simple, and monochrome,
but I would welcome reuse of ideas with more modelling skills (like yours, always  particularly excellent) and with liveries more elaborate as well

As far as I am concerned, I clap my hands for this inventive model.
I prefer free invention than disapproval for lack of detail "perfection"...

Just the wings could have needed some PSR at the roots?

The Davis wing design used on the B-24 and Privateer end up with VERY thick wing roots, and most kit manufacturers mould large 'holes' into the fuselage to take the wings for those aircraft.
