Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

That's a BIG DC9 then!  :o

1/72 !
Atlantis re-edition of older kit, very basic, windowless, but does its job

PR19_Kit

Oh yes, that was the old Aurora kit, They did a 737-200 in the same range too.

[the word "realistic" hurts my heart...]

Flyer

Look's great!

Reminds me strongly of something I seen in my youth, either in a comic book or in a cartoon, looked almost exactly like that, radial engines, tricycle landing gear, swept leading edge flying surfaces, T-tail and all. Just wish I could remember where...

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Dizzyfugu

Looks better than I expected from the post's title.

thanks !

indeed, sometimes improbable matchings do work in the end  ;D

(the He115 wings are 1/48 by the way, whereas the DC9 is 1/72)

Nice! Modern contraprops with a so old fuselage is weird: very what-if, thanks for the enjoyment!
