It's that canopy perched up high on top of a already high fuselage.

It'd make one heck of a glider tug, as many crop sprayers do these days.

It Would also make a credible unsuccessful competitor to the Shorts Sturgeon me thinks.
you would probably want to add a few more observation windows at the front, or possibly an HS2 radome
for that full "Sturgeon" effect ;-)

I like that beaufighter fuselage with radial perched on the nose..I might copy that in a future build. No copyright I presume ;-)

Sort of, Contrail did a vacform and Magna did a resin Sturgeon, both in 1/72.

I've never seen the Contrail one, and Magna sold up some years ago, but I believe someone else took over their moulds.

I've always thought the two Sturgeon prototypes were quite attractive.

Somehow it looks immediately 'German'. Very odd, but I like the idea anyway.
