Are you SURE that's not an RW aeroplane?  :-\
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

I can see that in Romanian colours as one of their IAR variants of the SM family. They had a twin engine'd version so why not a four engine'd
