you can also go to the shop and make your own choice : actually the matching of scales and sizes is at the basis of such an hybrid, and requires some preparation work.

Point taken.  I'm currently thinking about merging an elephant and a Wessex.

helicopters are probably a good source of crossings : the banana come of course to mind, there have been car/helicopter trials, and recently I stumbled upon a picture of a hippo with chopper propeller on top ...

and about elephants, they even exist in 1/72, for scale accuracy, and injection plastic  ;D (Zvevda or HAT)
