Thanks Ericr, I think I have an original M'box one in The Loft.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Belated congratulations!
(I discover just today this marvelous invention/model of yours)

I found this cheap Williams Renault and thought something could come out of it :
I improved it by fitting wings from a F-5 (ok, not very long ...)

PR19_Kit

Hehehe, Adrian Newey will be screaming.

He'd have put the wings on upside down to increase the downforce!  ;D

Deliciously crazy!
Is there a separate piston engine to make the wheels turn (like on the related formula 1)? that would provide STOL performance maybe, before the jets take in charge the rest of the flight!

The original Renault piston engine could still be in place behind the driver/pilot, and the jets are right at the rear in a T-38/F-5 anyway. THREE engines should get it petty mobile.  ;D

thanks all!

now you say it PR19_kit, I could indeed have fitted the wings upside-down,
but I had forgotten that the F1 need to be forced on the ground :
my idea was more to enable them to take a flight  ;D

thanks ! beautiful, I didn't know that : it really is a hybrid, with bits and pieces of fish with tanks, aircraft and ships all at the same time :
I still have to learn ...  ;D

That's my kind of whiff!!! Perfection in red.

Love the ladder. No doubt lofted to rest the far end on the tailplane, allowing you to hang your beer cooler on those nubbly bits in the middle. Or, of course, promptly withdrawn to leave an obstreperous colleague back there to sober up a bit.
Cheers.

Hah! That looks very good.

Don't open the door while the props are turning though.... :o
