- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

did I show you this one yet?

I had this bike kit for some years, and Ineed to / wish to reduce my stash, so I thought about this boat side car ...

PR19_Kit

Just in case you come across a deep puddle while out on a ride of course.  ;D ;D ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

thanks !

the smaller boat is for ... hem ... the baby-seat?  ;D

and you are right, you recognized the Sinagot by Heller,
which is 1/60 while the bike is 1/12, so a 1/5 scalemix.

Now I have to use the masts and sails : I am thinking of a sail-cart made from some aircraft fuselage ...

........ and what's the second boat for?

That'll be in case the first one sinks. I'll bet the second one has an inflatable life raft stashed aboard somewhere too.  ;D

So... ericr's one was not a joke but a prototype... an asymmetric one!
