Do you have any Yaks?

Or DHC-2 Beavers or DHC-4 Caribou or DH Mosquitos or even a humble Moth?
Cheers.

You are joking of course. The Arado AR 234 was 1940s vintage.

No, wait, smack me down, this was the Coanda Twin of 1923, how silly of me. Powerplants were ducted fans driven by 450 hp Napier Lion piston engines, with induced airflow similar in concept to the 1910 Coanda "jet" (not to mention the modern Dyson airblade "fans"). Unlike the 1910 technology, this one actually flew.

However I am unable to find a reliable source for the flight of the fish. I must be in the wrong Whiffland.
Cheers.

thanks !

I was speaking of the side and top fins which come the kit of a WW1-era aircraft : their dented profile was appropriate to go with the fish fin.

Oh, those fins. I didn't realise they were not part of the fish. You fooled me good and proper!
Cheers.

Good! And the radial+inline engines are a rare (unique?) wonderful feature!

In RW, I don't know, but I have already dreamed of such planes : the asymmetric Zwilling Kawasaki Ki-161 (61+100), Curtiss P-3640 (36+40)

In RW, there were anyway compounds like the B-17 testbed with 4 radials and 1 turboprop in  the nose. See https://i.redd.it/q23v008frobz.jpg
