Ericr, I think you fully deserve the position "Minister of Art"! (in France or in the World at UNO)

and now for something completely different :

it is a kit bash, as well as a scale-o-rama, and on the top of that an alternative livery,
even if there is no trace of an aircraft there

(and it was inspired to me by a picture I saw somewhere on the internet, but I can't find it anymore)

If that wasn't in the background of a shot from Avatar then it should have been. Beautiful - well done!

Needs a rider...

Ah, well, you'd probably need two fish kits anyway, one for each mer-leg.
Cheers.

what if sometimes you need your refueling real fast ?

would that be a KSR-71A?

the refueling stuff is from a KC-135

JayBee

That is a most hilarious idea, well done.
Alle kunst ist umsunst wenn ein engel auf das zundloch brunzt!!

Sic biscuitus disintegratum!

Cats are not real.
They are just physical manifestations of collisions between enigma & conundrum particles.

Any aircraft can be improved by giving it a SHARKMOUTH!

Tophe

Yes, funny. ;D
I hope this is water transfer into a (supersonic) water bomber, because transferring fuel between 2 huge flames would be rather dangerous :-\ ;D

You know that moment in the Battle Of The Bulge film where the German general realises that they've lost the war because he sees that the Americans have so much logistic and production capacity that they can afford to ship Christmas Cake over to the ETO?

Well this is the Cold War equivalent: you know you've lost when the other guys can not only fly through your airspace unmolested at Mach 3.2, but can even refuel each other while they're doing it, just to take the piss... ;D

Yes, and they even paint the tanker red so you cannot help seeing what you are unable to shoot down.  ;D

Such a shame that the Machmeter reading on the first SR-71 to outrun a SAM is still classified! The guy only hauled back on the throttle because he was afraid his plane would melt.
Cheers.

Awesome idea ericr, and well carried out too.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit
