Awesome, but shouldn't the support structure be yellow?   ;D ;)

it nearly was  ;) but then I thought I would try to be less predictable

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Very nice model!
And I understand now the true (secret) reason why the Do-217 had lateral fins instead of one central fin. ;D
[the word "realistic" hurts my heart...]

after the very small seaplanes, a quite big one (I am finding quite cheap, less than 25 or 30EUR, quite big kits these times ...)

a B707 with wings from something else
let us have a sort of quizz here :
(otherwise there isn't much thrill after all, all of this being quite predictable ;-) )

who knows where it come from ?

(the gift to win is the consideration of all the forum people)

I don't know where this comes from, maybe a German warbird seaplane ? (Bv-238 like)
Anyway I judge this model as wonderful!
If it would feature 4 piston engines (B-29 like), I would be just a little interested, but with 6, the change is also about the number of engines and I find this joyful, thanks! ;D ;)

I think you have wings from two "somewhere elses". The inner section I know well (but will not spoil it for others), but the outer section and tailplane are neither that nor the 707.
Cheers.

I have no idea where the wings come from, but it makes no difference as the whole thing is MAGNIFICENT!

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Except you said that "after the very small seaplanes, a quite big one" and none of the Boeing 737, the Me323 or your hybrid model is a seaplane.
Cheers.

argh sorry, I was mentioning the size of the 1/700 seaplanes I showed in another thread :
https://www.whatifmodellers.com/index.php?topic=40517.msg862814#msg862814
where I also did a few 1/200 ones ...
