PR19_Kit

Now that looks VERY odd, very 'under-winged'. Makes you realise how big a Mustang is compared to a Spitfire.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

If that had been posted as a recognition test, I'd have NEVER got the two fuselages!  :o

The deeper and longer fuselages of the F-82 definitely exaggerate the comparison.

Speaking of the F-82, a really long wing recce version could be interesting.  :mellow:

Tri-Stang wings on a standard P-82 fuselage then.  ;) ;D

And they really did build one with a PR pod instead of the big radar pod. I modelled it a bit of a while ago.
