I think the word you are looking for Brad C is Lobscavator...

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

That's brilliant, with a large number on the side it could have been parked in the 'New Types Area' at Hendon sometime in the '30s.

It looks like an early version of the Fairey Hendon.  I'd replace the engines with the Bristol Pegasus, coat of NIVO and we're good to go.

Marvelous.  I feel inspired to get out my part started Heyford based loooong winged monoplane project.  It could be a prototype.  I wonder if it's suitably not progressed?

I've got one of those too, but it's a long way away and a lot of it is already done. :(

As Lee says, post a pic of the stuff you've done so far and we'll 'adjudicate'.  ;)

I may do that this weekend.  After all, 3 months is more than enough time to build even two complicated whiffs...

That really does look the part, marvellous

Now whilst I can see it in the New Types Area at Hendon I can also see it, perhaps with slightly different cowlings, as a Junker's product in S African AF colours.
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
