- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

colored plastic sprues sometimes make it possible not to use paint

The Starfighter mash up looks like a grown up SR 53

Great builds all

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

These are all crazy good!
The delta F-104 would make a great whiff! You keep giving me more ideas than I have time to build!
Where did you find these colorful kits?

the red-sprued Hawk is an Airfix : there are others around, for obvious reasons

the yellow-sprued F-104 is Italeri, meant for a Tigermeet livery : I bought it boxless, the picture catched my eye

then I had to find something blue-sprued : that was a bit tricky, because it is not visible from outside the boxes ...
I thought about a Tigercat I had but preferred to find a jet ; I web-surfed to find photographs of sprues, saw that US Navy types were around in blue, considered a Panther, and finally found that Skyhawk from Esci

[the word "realistic" hurts my heart...]

I also had in mind a Hawk + Skyhawk wings kitbash but never did it.
