I'm envisioning an F-89 with corrugated wings now....................  ;D

The missiles must need HUGELY extended pylons to fire past the props though.  ;)

Turn them around so they fire to the rear.  ;D ;)

I was not aware of the original use of these pods : just considered the shape and the potential for carrying engines  ;)
so let us consider that they are luggage/cargo pods  ;D

See their original use below, but fitted to the Canberra F10. The original Scorpion pods are even LONGER on the F-89 too!  :o

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

My first thoughts on seeing this were "Kit's going to love this"  ;D

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Did you ever come up with a cunning plan for the leftovers from your fantastic Gloster Lance, Kit?

Not yet, but it'd have to be something tubby to go with the very thick Javelin wings.

I thought of a delta Scimitar, but it'd be a shame to spoil one of my superb Skybird Scims, so maybe I should look for one of the lesser Xtrakit ones.

Now there's a thought, how about a Swift?
