Now  this is what I would call a true craftsman.... Like I always say about  the time you think you are getting good at something you will find  someone that will make you look like a novice rookie. You got to see it to believe  it.......

Both I guess. It looks about 1/2 or 2/3 scale but he can fit in and drive it. Toward the end he says it'll do 100! 

He needs that other guy's teeny weeny V12 under the hood, then it'd REALLY go!
