Our modern jet aircraft might look like this:



This is the 1983 Airfix F-5E built OOB. I used Humbrol paints and decals from the scrap-box.





This one is like the P-1, P-6, P-12, and P-26 series aircraft. It is small, agile, and has two guns in the nose.

I painted it to represent the Squadron Commander's aircraft of the 94th Pursuit Squadron, USAAF.

Now I like that. Very similar idea to the anniversary schemes worn by various US aircraft a couple of years back.  :thumbsup:
