From what I`ve gathered the yellow is real but the markings aren't. I guess they are doing some up for a BCATP anniversary or somat

The CF-188 I saw a few days ago at YYC was apparently painted up in a commemorative BCATP scheme only it was too far away from me to see the paint job. It's on the airshow circuit this year.

I wasn`t a fan of that scheme when I first saw it revealed, but then I saw pics of her in the air in it looks brill. I still would like to see one done closer to the original colours and markings tho.

To my eyes the USAF one behind it would look more suited to USN in that scheme it's wearing ? Very smart  :thumbsup:

The yellow Texan II was a one-off for the USN aviation centennial in 2011.

Yup, they did some really attractive schemes then. Could have almost got me modeling a modern aircraft

They have a yellow Harvard II now, but I can't find the page I saw it on ! Defo on the Quinte site.
