Finding Dizzy builds around the internet is starting to be like playing Bingo. Well, I THINK this is a Dizzy build. I'd like to think I can recognize one easily now. 


Anyway, this one is being passed around with no credit given but it comes with the write-up... seems the post originated on the "Defence Technology." page.

Trying to figure out what it's supposed to do, the two front engines have the exhaust blowing out sideward straight into the rear engines ---

They're really refrigeration units, not engines, designed to pump cold air into the engine intakes to improve performance in hot environments &, by pumping more air into the engine intakes, they also improve performance in high-altitude environments, too.
