I don't think it's photoshopped (but I could easily be wrong), however there is the possibility that the real(?) thing actually has wheels hidden away underneath (or PS-ed out)

The Imp doesn't have a chassis, it's an integral bodyshell!  :o

And I hope it's 'Moveable Hoods' too, as the 'Exact Scale Engine' is in the back!

By Mad Martin found on the "ARC Aircraft Resource Center" page.

"More pictures of my finished "what if"-Fighter: Modified ,,FFR-41MR Yukikaze" from a japanese Anime-series in the classic ,,Jolly Rogers"-scheme of the F-14A Tomcat. The basekit was from Platz, with parts from a F22 and a F18. Scale is 1/144. :-)"
