Yep. Looks like Luigi Colani and a Luigi Colani design.
I'd forgotten that he made a fighter design too. He did make designs for all sorts of things. Shoes, trucks, you name it.

The crew of that loco are going to be SERIOUSLY cooked! They're sitting right on top of the smokebox!  :o

But it does look very impressive.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
