Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

They say they expect it to fly in 2024. Super cool stuff!

I recall they said something like that about the original version, but that was going to fly last year.....................

Did they ever start building it?

Struggling to keep up! Seems isolation has folks busier than ever churning out neat new wares.

The Miles M20 was designed, built, and flown in 9 weeks as an emergency fighter in case Hurricane and Spitfire production was interrupted by Luftwaffe bombing, which was not the case and it was canceled.
It was faster than the Hurricane but slower than the Spitfire, but carried more fuel and ammo than both and had an innovative bubble cockpit.

...
Faster than Hurricane, with the spats? Pretty good.
There's quite a selection of photos, drawings, and plans for flying models on the interwebs. It is a good looking airplane.

I've always thought the Miles M.20 was quite an attractive aeroplane.

Back in 2013 I built a FAA version for service aboard Auxiliary Carriers.

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?
