Good Lord, I've amassed a pile of stuff I've seen recently.....  starting to really eat up a lot of tabs in my Chrome.  ;D  So let's clear some out and I'll start with this. Another one of those convenient coincidences, considering our current GB.

" The Press Officer here at Hawker Diddley-Dum is pleased to present the latest from the Miniaturisation Department. Continuing his collaboration with the Caretaker and Heavy Weapons and Kitchenware Division, the Chief Boffin has completed his latest project, the Metropolitan Police A-10A Thunderbolt II...

Only one pic... might be worth looking at the video if it strikes your fancy. Second one of these LEO Thunderbolt II's I've seen. The other being CHP.

"Here you go!  I have completed my 1/35 scale DML SA9 Urban Pizza Delivery System, thereby taking advantage of the opportunity to get a shelf queen done and gone!
The premise is that I have a friend who sells pizza and needs to be able to deliver them touch free and Covid compliant in urban areas where it is difficult to drop off under the best of circumstances..this system can cut delivery time significantly by launching the pizza to the customer from a distance, thereby keeping the crew safe and reducing the potential for a pizza jacking episode. Also it is excellent exercise for the customer who can do some high impact aerobic broken field running while trying to catch the box before it hits the ground...a win/win for everyone!
My friend did at one time own a pizza place, so I thought I would take a lighthearted shot at him with this one and had a blast developing the concept.  I will be sending him photos later tonight and have turned off my mobile phone, just in case his reaction is not as amused as I am...
The kit is ok, goes together fine, although there are some fit issues with the pizza launcher boxes fitting poorly on the launch turret. I left off a number of details as I didn't feel they were necessary to carry the gag forward. It was an annoying project during the first go around, when I was taking it seriously (not even sure why I felt it was such a pain at this stage...time is the great equalizer), but a great platform for humor on this end of the build.
Was fun to break away from doing more serious building to do something with just a touch of whimsy. As a final note, another friend suggested the idea and I just ran with it...he also knows my pizza shilling friend and delighted in the opportunity to poke a bit of fun. "

That A-10 looks like he's entering our 'Blue Lights' GB.  ;D

And the Pizza remote delivery truck is a hoot!

That 787's pretty darn good, it's done a retro scheme of their 767.

I love the red wings.  Of the slew of modern two-holers, that all look so very similar, the 787 has a bit of style about it which helps, too, and Anthony did a great job with it!

Airfix zero in my own cammo. Few mistakes here and there and the gloss coat isn't as glossy as I'd like (another coat might do it) but every model is a learning curve right!?
Decided in the end to to weather or panel line it just clean and shiny. I'm happy with that "

Some interesting ones there.

Really like the Japanese "splinter" on the Zero, but the personal marking spoils it a little for me, but then it's not my model. Again really like the scheme on the B.1, but the Bronco is just

For me that B-1 goes to the top of the list.

I could just see that happening too!  :o
