slowly slowly...  managed to get some more of the sub assemblies together for the Tau skyray ADA tank.   https://www.games-workshop.com/en-GB/Tau-Empire-Sky-Ray-Missile-Defence-Gunship   the wing and missiles are quite an eye grabber  in my opinion.  I just keep wanting to hang 1:48 scale Phoenix's under it instead, the width isn't far off, but the GW ones are half the length 
If any ones interested on sunday 1st aug 2021 the wargames bring and buy is running ( still at the moment as far as I know    ) at the church hall in penkridge UK https://penkridgewargames.webs.com/   ill be having a look for interesting shineys, and see if I can get a bargain or 2

had a good morning sat behind the table at the show, managed to sell a good chunk of stuff and the things that both Ruth and I bought still were less than we sold,  so I may have more cash than I though if we get to the Avon show next week  .  If I don't get to that the Womborne show is coming up at the start of sept.
im now listening to the F1 and plotting what I want to get for the rest of the project I got the sisters of battle for ( old school space wolves for a mixed space Viking force).

a thought hit wile at and returning from the Avon show  today,  yes it was lonely, yes the was a burning smell and grinding gear noise from between my ears 
It seems that wile I love to tinker, I just haven't got the space to do it in my wargames scale of choice ( 1:48)... and such any further not plan or directly wargaming WHIF work is going to have to be in 1:72, Mrs SP is ( I think ) a little relieved, as it means than less space will be needed, and I feel a certain sense of  calm rightness after it....   So obviously the Force agrees,    now what to do with that Tonka that had no instructions that I just acquired ??

my desire to purchase more lead has peaked again!

both ground mount WOMBAT and the Landy mount WOMBAT, with the Saracen, Saladin, and FV432, I feel several significant dates have arrived at once   
Now all ive got to do is get some stuff done, so I can easily justify getting some

back from the show and will be sleeping well tonight, helped get the tables across and set up yesterday afternoon, then this morning was arrive bright and early, help Mrs SP get set up, then help a couple of traders get there stock in, have a quick look round, help Mrs SP with the stall, then take down, help the traders get the vans loaded, and get the tables back.  Had a great day and saw  some very nice work on the club stands.   And a good mix of people  normal modellers, a few dads and kids, and a few family's as well.
but im very glad ive got tomorrow off, im going to ache

ive had a quick peek into the badger box ( the amusing hobby one ) I don't know if ive dropped lucky, or if there is a super vital part ( or two) on it but there is a conqueror tank turret in the box . 
what to do ? what to do? I think ive a chieftain hull somewhere, ive a chally hull as well  hhmmmm
