In Deathjester's recent sale I bought several simple kits to encourage our grandson who was 6 last week into modelling.

Last week we built the first one.  The Me262 it came without "stickers" but we found some in grandad's spare decals box.

And today we painted it.  He needed a little help getting straight (ish) edges on the splinter scheme and thoroughly enjoyed doing the splodge mottle camouflage.

Me, I'm dishonest, and you can always trust a dishonest man to be dishonest.
Honestly, it's the honest ones you have to watch out for!!!

It is better than the one I did a few years ago!

Look out MichelC, there's a contender waiting in the wings.  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
