Wow. What a show ! 3 F-16s were a bit much tho....a little peeved at myself as by the time we started to tour around, we were pretty beat and hot. I wish I would have took more time to check things out. So much to see....many thanks to our tour guide Nick !

We were still in traffic when the two resident birds did their flypasts.

Cutbacks in the VC.10 fleet led to the fitting of old Vulcan refueling kit into the bomb bay of of the BBMF Lanc ;-)


Tucano looked gorgeous


Gnat pair were really cool to see. Have a whole new appreciation for this little bird !

SUPERB set there Cap'n Todd, it's almost like being there, apart from the sound track.  

Did that Sentinel flying with The Reds have special markings on the fin? It looks as if it's painted red.

You were obviously there on the Saturday, since the Patrouille de France only did that day ¹.
I'm still gobsmacked by how darned quiet the Merlin is.
Such a big helicopter and considerably less noisy than the Apache.
