You know, those spues that the parts come on? Useles bits until you look again.


Get all the parts off, heat and bend the sprues that stick outside at a right angle and maybe put on an extension small enough to fit the holes in wheels, propellers or whatever. A little tape wrapped inside out and you can use it either up right or as a 'leaning rack' for coverage of parts with complex shapes.
And my favorite part? IT IS FREE!
