The scheme is nice, it suits the beast very well! CanĀ“t wait to see it finished!
And all of this is giving me some motivation to finish my F-16W...

leptiprince, I really like your Kai - is it inspired by the one from Patlabor?

I have a (nearly) full coat of paint on the beast now. I'll hold off on any more pictures until the weekend, when I've got some more work done - it won't look much different for a while anyway!

It is still in progress, and I am slowly working on it - however, my local IPMS club has a meet with 'H' as the theme, and I have a kit I'm frantically building to submit for that (not sure if I'll get it finished in time), and I've also been adjusting to a new work schedule, so my productivity has slowed to a crawl due to fatigue and apathy.
I've got to putting on decals before I attach the weapons, gear and gear doors. It's almost nearly finished, so once - and if - I get the other model I'm making done, this will be next. If I don't get that finished, I'll probably go back to splitting my time between the two.

It's done!

Finally finished it off. It was almost done when I had the competition come in, and I built my entry for that. Luckily I finished it in good time, and could then get the F-16 finished off too. Had to do a little bit of touch-up on the canopy when I removed the masking, but it turned out all right (in my opinion, anyway!)

I'm really pleased with this model, I think it's actually my favourite model of all that I've completed so far. It almost puts my other builds to shame!

It's been a long road in completing it, too. From the original version, which was almost completed until the landing gear snapped, to this version which is complete with metal landing gear, and is a Hase kit too. With all that in mind, I'm pleased to have it finished. I hope you all enjoy the results too.

Now onto the next one...
