Has anyone out there built one of these. With wings spread the wingspan amounts, if my maths is up to scratch, about 24 inches. Can anyone tell me the length of an actual wing, root to tip. Got some ideas.... ;D.

Any help mucho appreciado.

Funny you should say that, I won one in a raffle at the Coventry Show a year or so ago. I'll dig it out and measure it.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Many thanks for the info. Seems smaller than I remember, my brothers and I built the Tamiya kit about 30 years ago...seemed huge then.

Captain Canada

2 feet sounds about right ! I had built one way back when. Painted it with grey automotive primer from the rattle can with the black nose with the red/white/blue stripes....and did it ever look awesome hanging from the ceiling !

 :tornado:
