Steel Penguin

i would say it was stared by altering the power to / from / through the props. sort of like skid steer on a tracked vehicle.
the things you learn, give your mind the wings to fly, and the chains to hold yourself steady
take off and nuke the site form orbit, nope, time for the real thing, CAM and gridfire, call special circumstances.
wow, its like freefalling into the Geofront

Makes sense.
More sense than the design, but there you go...  ;D

And a turning circle of about the entire width of the Med!  :o
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage

Definitely needs a rudder, in the water or in the air. Maybe both.

Water rudders.  One on each float.  Simples.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

They'd have to be deep, it might well be clearing the water in ground effect.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Wow, you're right. It looks like a Meng B-17 egg plane could be modified with only modest effort:

That multi-panel cockpit glazing looks more like a B-36 than anything, not that I'm suggesting hacking a B-36 kit around!

I have one of those lying around. Well, most of it.

The cockpit section is removable, so even less hacking. The multi panel glazing can be hand-waved away.

My thoughts as well Mossie.
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

So...Mikro-Mir is apparently planning on releasing a Myasischchev M-50 Bounder kit, at least based on this artwork and the artist's notes stating a new collaboration with them

That'll take a LOT of plastic to mould.  :o

Is it 1/72 or 1/144?

I'd say 144 like the rest of their Myasischchev bombers, but I didn't see anything on the Mirco-mir site.
