i have a idea to build a 1/72 a-400m as one of the flying battleship desgine in chris gibsons books, but I need a front scanner from the aew nimrod, i know they are avalable for around 40 for the conversion kit but you get a lot of parts i will have no need for so any ideas?

Honestly, it's the honest ones you have to watch out for!!!

Sounds like an interesting idea. Wish I had the part you are looking for. Would the front from an EC-135 type work? Just suggesting more options.

I'm still planning to do these as 3D printed parts, just can't find the time at the moment so they might be a while....
