Hey Guys, I just Purchased a 1:72 Airfix Folland Gnat T.1 Model from My Local Hobby Shop,Thinking about Going 'Gerry Anderson' and making it an ASR Fast Response Jet,Would it be Workable to do it in Chrome Yellow or Should i Go with a Different Color? I'm Not Sure about Special Ordering a Color like RAF Trainer Yellow. Could Use some input,What Say You? thanks for Looking. Dan

how bout for its period overall dayglo orange ? (there was a Javelin painted same for use as a 'pacer' aircraft !)methinks overall yellow would be pretty 'normal' for a Gnat, ie. 'Yellowjacks' scheme

Think a 2 tone scheme would Work? if you Ever watch the Thunderbirds Episode Operation Crash dive,You'll see what the ASR jets look like.Dan
